Are the products monogrammed and engraved by your store? TOP
At Monogrammed Gifts and More we have arrangements with some of the best designers of monogrammed and engraved gifts and none of our products are produced on site. All products ship directly from the manufacturer ensuring the fastest delivery to you.
Will all my items ship together? TOP
Because most of Linney's products are personalized, shipping times can vary depending on the item, so your items may ship at different times. If you require that your items ship together, you will need to email
service@linneyshvede.com with your request at the time of order. Unless an item is specifically backordered we will be happy to accomodate your request!
What are production & shipping times? TOP
Most jewelry ships within 5-7 business days. Household and embroidered items can take up to 2 weeks to ship and stationery and handpainted furniture longer. If not noted you can contact us for specific times and for expedited shipping availability. Remember that during holiday times we may experience longer than normal production and shipping times, so please plan your purchase accordingly! Since products are shipped directly from the various manufacturers, shipping times vary based on manufacturer location, ship to address and carrier method.
Currently manufacturers are experiencing longer back orders and production times. We will do our best to meet your delivery requests if you submit your request at the time of purchase. Requests made after the fact will be submitted to the manufacturer and if possible processed by the request date, but no refund will be allowed once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. Times listed are approximate and no guarantees can be made. We will be happy to contact the manufacturer prior to order to see if your deadline can be met. Most of these policies come from our vendors and we are bound by their policies first and foremost. Our policies are standard policies for personalized products sites.
What is your return/refund policy TOP
Since our items are personalized, exchanges can be made only in the case of manufacturer error and then only for the same item, same engraving, same embroidery, color, etc...Personalized products cannot be returned for refund
Should all gifts be personalized? TOP
Most gifts at Linney Shvede can be personalized, but a few that are indicated cannot. For a special occasion or to mark a special moment in someone's life, a monogrammed or engraved gift is just the right thought! Consider a wedding, graduation, birth, or birthday. Or consider the 'not so obvious'- a monogrammed keychain for that first car, engraved soaps or candle for a house warming gift or monogrammed terry cloth slippers or towels for the transition to college.
Are all Personalized Pacifiers safe for children? TOP
All except our Diamond Pacifier which is for 'Keepsake' only. Our pacifiers meet or exceed safety standards, so you can purchase with confidence.
What is your Privacy Policy? TOP
We love our privacy and respect yours. Your payment information is not saved on our system at all and cannot be accessed. We will never sell your information to or share your
information with any outside party. Your information - including email, credit card, etc. is solely used to
process and ship your order. We do offer coupons, specials & product updates in our email newsletter throughout the year. You're
email will be added to our list unless you specify that you do not wish to receive the newsletter. You may opt out of our newsletter at anytime, but we would love to offer you our special discounts and hope you will become a regular subscriber!
